Registration Policies

• In order to qualify for discounted registration fees, your payment must be received at Registration Headquarters on or before the deadline date listed above.
• Full refunds, less a $100 processing fee per attendee, will be given to cancellations received in writing prior to February 24, 2012. No refunds will be given after this date. Substitutions from the same company may be made at any time.
• Unless otherwise noted, all registrations include admission to the entire conference, including the Pre-Conference Workshops, Solutions Showcase, Plenary & Executive Dialogue Sessions, Welcome Reception on Tuesday, Luncheon & Happy Hour on Wednesday, and Breakfast & Awards Luncheon on Thursday.
