John Tuccillo serves as the Vice President of Industry and Government Alliances at APC by Schneider Electric in West Kingston, RI. Currently John leads the company’s global efforts in building collaborative technology, tools, specifications, and business alliances with key industry stakeholders as well as legislative policy and standards bodies. John also serves as a founding board member of The Green Grid, a global consortium of more than 200 member companies dedicated to improving energy efficiency in data centers and business computing ecosystems. John is also listed as a contributing author in a variety of public/private efforts to improve energy efficiency within the IT industry, working collaboratively with governments and industry entities worldwide. Mr. Tuccillo has more than 25 years of IT industry experience within the hardware, software, components and services categories. |

Yves Bamberger Mr. Bamberger has been in charge of R&D (2000 employees in France) since 2002. He joined the company in 1980 to set up the Numerical Mechanics and Models Department within the EDF Research Division. Mr. Bamberger was named Technical Director and Information Systems Manager at the EDF Generation and Transmission Division; before becoming CIO of the common division shared by GDF and EDF. Mr. Bamberger is the recipient of the Prix Monthyon; an Academie des Sciences award. K.R. (Kaj) den Daas K.R. (Kaj) den Daas has held his current position as chairman of Philips Lighting North America since June 1, 2006. He was instrumental in the acquisition of a.o. Color Kinetcis (2007) and Genlyte (2008). He was a member of the Sustainability Board Royal Dutch Philips Electronics until January of this year and through his commitment to the Philips Lighting environmental EcoVision program, has helped the company realize its environmental goals. Kaj is a Governor of NEMA and a Director of Valmont Industries Inc. Paul Hamilton In September 2006 Paul was selected to lead Schneider Electric’s Energy Efficiency Company Program. In this role Mr. Hamilton is responsible for promoting and developing the global business of Schneider Electric in the areas of energy efficiency and sustainability. Today Paul is actively engaged in the global communities of energy efficiency and sustainability. He has represented Schneider Electric in a variety of public events and organizations around the world on the topic. His main message revolves around the impact energy efficiency can have on people, business and the planet and the opportunities we have to manage and impact change. Mr. Hamilton graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a BS in Electrical Engineering in 1976. Listen to Paul Hamilton’s EE Global Voices podcast. Stephen Harper Stephen Harper is Global Director of Environment and Energy Policy for the Intel Corporation. In that capacity, Mr. Harper has chaired many high tech industry environmental groups and coalitions. He currently serves as Chairman of the International Climate Change Partnership (ICCP). Prior to coming to Intel he directed Amoco Petroleum’s regulatory services group and was a Senior Policy Analyst at US EPA. Prior to EPA, he was a Vice President in the environmental policy consulting firm, ICF Consulting. Inge Pierre Since January 2002 Mr. Pierre has worked for Swedenergy, the Swedish Association for most of the Swedish electricity companies. Among other responsibilities, Inge represents the Swedish electricity industry in several working groups within CEN/CENELEC and EURELECTRIC and to co-ordinate the Swedish activities within EURELECTRIC. Within EURELECTRIC Mr. Pierre is a member of the EURELECTRIC WG Energy Policy, Chairman of WG Gas, member of TF Power Outages and SG CHP in which he acts as Chairman. Currently Mr. Pierre is a member of the CEN/CLC Sector Forum Energy Management, member of TF 189, is the Chairman of the project team developing a European standard for energy management system, Chairman of the WG Energy Certificates, member of WG Terminology and take part in the ISO work to create a global standard for energy management system. From 1980 to 2002 Mr. Pierre worked for the Swedish electricity company Vattenfall and during 1985-86 for the Swedish Technical Attaché System and was based in Washington, D.C., USA. Mr. Pierre has a Master of Science as mechanical engineer from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. |
