Roland Risser Roland Risser is Director of Customer Energy Efficiency for Pacific Gas & Electric Company. In this role, Mr. Risser is responsible for developing the strategies that support energy savings, and strategies to support a Zero Net Energy future. In addition, he is responsible for assessing and deploying new technologies and products into the Energy Efficiency Portfolio, managing a building and appliance codes and standards program, as well as PG&E's Pacific Energy Center, Energy Training Center, and Food Service Technology Center. Mr. Risser is a board member of the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy, an officer member of the Consortium for Energy Efficiency, an advisor to Institute of Electric Efficiency, and is the Chair of the US Technical Advisory Committee to the ISO for a new Energy Management standard (ISO 50001). |

Conrad Brunner Mr. Brunner is the Director of A+B International in Zurich Switzerland. He conducts research and consults on energy efficiency since 1973 with the Swiss Agency for Efficient Energy Use. He is currently working on minimum energy performance standards in the EU, leading the IEA 4E Electric Motors Systems Annex EMSA and implementing the consumer information system on most energy efficient products Topten in China. Tom Catania Tom Catania was named Vice President, Government Relations of Whirlpool Corporation in July 1997. He is responsible for executive management of the corporation’s government relations function. This position provides policy direction and participation in: government lobbying activities in the U.S. and globally, including direction of the global government relations function; maintaining effective government contacts and regular reports to management on governmental influences on Whirlpool. Listen to Tom Catania’s EE Global Voices podcast. Yungrae Kim Yungrae Kim is key person of Korea's energy standards and labeling and Korea’s 1W plan, Standby Korea 2010 is his great achievements. Mr. Kim also drove forward application of MEPS to three phase electric motors allowing only energy efficient motors. Three phase electric motors accounts for 40% of total power consumption in Korea. Yungrae Kim is a team leader at Korea Energy Management Corporation in charge of Energy Efficiency Label and Standard Program and e-Standby Program. Hans-Paul Siderius Hans-Paul Siderius works as expert at SenterNovem, the Netherlands Agency for Sustainability and Innovation. He is the Dutch representative in the EC Energy Star Board and the EC Energy Label Committee, and chair of the IEA Implementing Agreement on Efficient Electrical End-use Equipment (4E). He has a master degree in electrical engineering, a master of business administration and a master in Dutch law and more than 15 years of working experience in the international energy efficiency field. Lorie Wigle leads Intel's Eco-Technology effort which is focused on the sustainable manufacturing and usage of Intel's products. This corporate-wide function drives Intel's market position across energy efficient performance and design for the environment. In this capacity Lorie also drives external programs related to client, server and data center efforts including Intel's participation in The Green Grid and Climate Savers Computing Initiative. Prior to this position, Lorie was the Director of Server Technology and Initiatives Marketing for Intel. She has an MBA from Portland State University and a BA degree from the University of Oregon. |
