Këri Bolding is a Senior Advisor for the California Public Utilities Commission, working to position California as a global leader in energy efficiency, renewable energy, and aggressive emissions reduction legislation. She leads national and international relations and communications to advance energy-efficiency and emissions reduction. Her work advances the achievement of maximum energy savings, development of new renewable resources, and preparation of the workforce for a new energy economy.


Mariangiola Fabbri

Mariangiola is Senior Energy Policy Officer at WWF EPO in Brussels. She leads the WWF network in developing positions and policies for energy efficiency and energy conservation and actively involves in the decision-making and implementation of European legislation.

Trained as a political scientist in Italy, France and Canada, she holds an MSc in European Environmental Law and Advanced European Political Studies. She joined WWF in 2004.


Jean Lupinacci

Jean Lupinacci is the chief of the ENERGY STAR Commercial and Industrial Branch in the Climate Protection Partnerships Division at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. She has been with EPA close to 25 years with primary responsibilities for developing and managing voluntary energy efficiency programs. Under Jean’s direction, the ENERGY STAR program has been expanded to include the introduction of innovative energy performance metrics for commercial buildings and industrial plants, the extension of the Energy Star label to buildings and plants, as well as the rapid adoption of organization-wide energy management programs by US businesses and institutions.


David Taylor

David Taylor headed up Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI) and its predecessor - the Irish Energy Centre. He took up his appointment as SEI's first CEO on its establishment as a Statutory Authority on May 1st 2002. Having served the Authority for six years David is now working as an independent consultant. In that capacity he is advising the Joint Oireachtas Committee of the Irish Legislature on Energy Security and Climate Change.
